Kenya Airways entry into Precision Air business started in 2003 when Kenyan Carrier acquired 49 percent shareholding in the company leaving 51 percent shares under the control of Precision Air founder, Michael Shirima.
The Management of Precision-Air, the carrier which owns the aircraft is sending a team to investigate the incident which occurred in Bukoba District of Kagera Region.
