EAC Heads of State Summit

Another joint summit between the East African Community and the South African Development Community, is coming up to further deal with DR Congo crisis

“We shall promote value-added production, reinforcing peace and security as well as political accountability,” said William Ruto in his acceptance speech at the Arusha Heads of State Summit meeting.

Foreign troops have been ordered to exit from DR Congo as conflicting parties directed to lay down arms.
