DR Congo peace talks torn between Qatar and Uganda
A meeting between the rebels and a delegation from the governments of DR Congo and Rwanda were supposed to take place in Qatar, where previously, Rwandan President Paul Kagame and DRC leader Felix Tshisekedi also met.
