Most Influential Persons 2022: President Samia Suluhu Joins Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden

The TIME list for the 100 Most Influential Persons in the world this year, 2022 is out and Tanzania’s President, together with US and Russian Heads of State are among the members.

This is the TIME Magazine’s annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world.

TIME is a global media brand which reportedly caters to a combined audience of more than 100 million people around the world.

The Magazine’s latest special issue containing the list, features ‘Five’ different sleeves (cover pages), each highlighting a top candidate for the TIME100.

Decorating the five TIME covers are American Actress Zendaya Maree, Apple Company Executive, Tim Cook, US pop star Mary J. Blige, Barbados Prime Minister, Mia Mottley, and Canadian Actor Simu Liu.

There are several categories but notable ones under the Leaders’ section, Tanzania’s Head of State is listed among 23 other Presidents and Prime Ministers, including China’s Xi Jinping, America’s Joe Biden, Russia’s Putin and Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The list also includes top global firms and companies.

TIME plans to celebrate the 2022 TIME100 list of the world’s most influential people at the revived annual TIME100 Summit and TIME100 Gala, taking place in New York on June 7 and 8.
