President Kagame slams Felix Tshisekedi for snubbing the Dar-es-salaam summit
Speaking during an interview with Jeune Afrique, Kagame said that while efforts were being made by the Southern and Eastern African regional bodies for dialogue between the two countries, Tshisekedi purposedly chose to be absent from the SADC-EAC summit.
