‘Papa don’t preach,’ because just ‘Like a Prayer,’ Madonna has already made up her mind about starting the year away from it all and enjoying the peace of mind abroad.
And no, it is not on the ‘La Isla Bonita,’ famed San Pedro Mártir which is an island of Mexico, located in the Gulf of California. Madonna has instead chosen to kick-start the New Year 2023 in Africa, far away from Spanish lullabies.
But she is not re-visiting Malawi either for yet another baby to adopt, the Legendary Songstress apparently wants to sample untrodden precincts like a virgin. So she lands in Kenya.
Madonna is currently ‘causing a commotion,’ on her twitter handler after announcing that she is in the East African Country on tour and enjoying the experience.
“Kisses from Kenya!” She writes.
On her twitter page, the ‘Material Girl’ hit maker is pictured on a plane flying above an unknown location in Kenya.
Following her post, Madonna is then bombarded with a series of invitations from the residents of other East African countries neighboring Kenya, especially Tanzania.

As it seems, most Tanzanians want the ‘Ray of Light,’ singer to visit Serengeti after her Kenyan itinerary, because they feel this is one area which truly should feel ‘like a virgin,’ destination for her.
And Madonna types; “Ask and you shall receive!” possible announcing her new work, ‘Back that up to the beat!’ but maybe she is really planning a Tanzanian leg of her visit after all.
Famous British Pop Star, Gary Barlow who in 1997 belted the Madonna penned ‘Love Won’t Wait,’ climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania in 2009 for charity work. Gary reached the Uhuru Summit.
Barlow who is also a member of Britain’s popular band, Take That visited Kenya in 2012 during the making of the Queen’s 50th Anniversary Album ‘Sing,’ featuring singers from Nairobi’s Kibera slums.
Ten years ago, in 2013 America’s famous TV talk show host, Oprah Winfrey did spend an entire week in the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania on a strictly private excursion.
Known as Mary Louise Ciccone, Madonna is a popular international singer, songwriter, and actress based in the United States.
Madonna has always worn the ‘Queen of Pop,’ crown and is recognized for her continual reinvention and versatility in her music production, songwriting, and visual presentation.
In 2016 the 62-year-old singer, songwriter, dancer visited Kenya for philanthropic works as she partners with Shofco (Shining Hope for Communities).
SHOFCO is an organization that links free schools for girls in Kenyan slums to essential services for the whole community.
During that trip Madonna shared a photo of a canal in Kibera and called it ‘Africa’s largest slum,’ something which irked her fans in the country.
