Diamond Platnumz angers Tanzanians with boastful insults to the public

The Tanzanian synthesizer music star, Diamond Platnumz, has angered people here after uttering comments that insulted the majority of citizens in the country.

Diamond Platinumz together with fellow artists, among them Ommy Dimpoz allegedly insulted Tanzanians by calling them lazy and who keep complaining instead of finding work to do.

The teeny bopper behind a number of successful computerized tunes, recently took time to record a video of himself blasting off Tanzanians as he rode in a posh car with fellow artists.

The video clip spread like wildfire in social media platforms, evoking mass rage from the public.

Diamond Platinumz was claiming that most Tanzanians are being ‘used’ and that their daily laments about life (or hardships) have been carried on from generation to generation, mainly out of their ignorance and laziness.

As they rode and video-selfie-d themselves in his car, Diamond and his fellow auto-tuned crooners also boasted to have all types of expensive cars and advised others to start working instead of complaining.

Tanzanians reacted further by mobilizing each other to unfollow his accounts.

“He generates money from being paid per views on YouTube and has the audacity to insult the same people that watch the videos that makes him reach,” angry fans retorted online, demanding to know what type of work those artists usually do other than wriggling their torsos onstage and in video clips.

Some posted comments wanting the artist to come out clean on his previous dealings with the recently charged, US showbiz figure P-Diddy having paid the latter a visit to his house in America.

This development comes shortly after another Tanzanian artist; the female crooner, Zuchu who is also signed under Diamond’s Wasafi outfit was booed on stage while performing in Kenya during a CHAN event where people in the stadium sang their country’s national anthem to drown her voice.
